RWJF Study: Physical work environment affects RN job satisfaction

A new study conducted by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation’s (RWJF) RN Work Project finds that a physical work environment facilitating RN efficiency, teamwork and inter-professional communication is related to higher job satisfaction. Maja Djukic, PhD, RN, assistant professor at the College of Nursing, New York University, led the research team for the study, which appears in the August issue of Research in Nursing & Health.
